New Zealand actually had a summer this year.
We had a great time being with friends and family.
Tony got a lot of work done.
And now back in Kona we are looking at a time in the Philippines continuing to help YWAM bases and staff make the most of technology

Discipleship
One of the first schools people take with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is the Discipleship Training School.
This school is designed to help people explore and grow their walk with Jesus.
One aspect of these schools is that all students do 10 hours of Work Duty a week. For us, we get students to help with the Natural Farm and get to teach them at the same time about God Creation.
Gardening
We work with the Natural Farm here in Kona. This is part of the training arm of Youth With A Mission.
Training
Students come to the farm for a number of different reasons.
We do have a school that normally runs from April to June each year.
Multiplication
An area we work in is to help other grow what they are doing.
One way to facilitate this is that we help develop websites for people and ministries.
Life Empowering Technology & Science
We split our time around a number of different commitments, both on Campus and out in the Kona community.
LETS, or Life Empowering Technology & Science keeps us busy in a number of different capacities. From the website, https://letskona.com, to record keeping, Christine sewing all sorts of projects.
Kona
Being involved in technology means that I also spend time working out in the Kona Business community, upgrading Restaurants networks for a new installation, wiring out and programming smart homes, and even from time to time repairing homes.
Get your hands dirty
One of the reasons why we came to Hawaii was to get in to 12 months a year gardening.
That is is warm is also an advantage.
With our children and grand children (I don’t mean you Kat, I just mean in general) being so absorbed by screen we need to help to get them out in to the big blue room and get some good soil on their hands.
We have this interesting intersection between growing good food, and technology.
