Steps to Goals, Goals to Vision.
In writing these Worksheets, I have been reviewing our life in and out of YWAM. The stories we have heard from other Christian Groups, and am Constantine considering how to help you thrive.
Our Vision is to Train Trainers.
Not merely train them so they can do the thing.
Goal
Rather, to train them, so they can train others who can train others.
As an example, I have a Goal to create Seminars and Worksheets that will train people to develop functioning Websites to enhance their work, whether in YWAM or anywhere they go to serve Jesus.
Steps
Daily, I set aside time to work and review these worksheets.
I have people that I can use as test subjects and they love me enough to give me honest answers.
I am fortunate that the very act of helping you have a useful and functioning website facilities my Vision. My Goals are achieved when you succeed in completing the Worksheets and Seminars. Now, I need to work on the steps of making you someone who trains others in building their websites.
