Being a Webmaster is a Process.
The Process
You build and refine. You grow in skills and adjust what you have already done.
You think more about how you want the message to be communicated than the words of the message itself.
As I write this I am thinking about all of you that have signed up to become a webmaster, and how to help you to see the big picture, beyond the website and into the people who will visit the website.
Your Visitors
How will fellow staff members interact with what is on your website?
How will potential students get encouraged and so enroll in a school?
How will you present your YWAM base in words, pictures, and videos so have people want to apply to become staff, from the Philippines and even the whole world?
How can you present your website and ministry opportunities so DTSs and schools in other cities and countries want to come and learn from you, partner with you, and work in your field?

There are many ways to communicate with people that visit your website that are beyond words or pictures.
There is a need to keep the website current.
The website is not meant to be more work. The website is meant to be work that makes you work smarter, and quicker, getting to your goals sooner. It is a partnership, you are not in this alone.
Let's Pray
Do not let the perfect get in the way of your good.
The website is a history of what you have learned and can be used to help others that come to work with you quickly learn what not to do.
We all stand on the shoulders of those that came before us.
So do not be afraid to make mistakes, and do not be afraid to make your mistakes known. I have often thought that the disciple Peter only opened his mouth to change feet.
The apostle Peter learnt from this and his words encourage us today.
