Turn on your Financial Radar
For those of us who remember him, Dean Sherman said spiritual warfare is not so much a prayer prayed as a life lived.
We need to have our spiritual radar up and running at all times; then the unexpected growl of the lion will not surprise us and make us jump.
We need also to turn on our financial radar.

They are all after your money.
When my kids were young, I asked them to show me an ad on TV that was not after their money.
They said, “The McDonalds happy meal with a toy gift.” Then they saw the need to buy the meal to get the gift, and then they saw there was no gift.
They said, “World Vision sponsor a child”. Yes, that is a worthy thing, and we even did it, but it was still an ad wanting our money.
Start up your financial radar.
Go over your bank statements and see where you are spending your money.
Tabulate it, as painful as it is, and know where you are spending your money.
Don’t get into credit card debt.
If you are in credit card debt, get out of it. (Ask me for help if you want.)
Impulse buying is physiological warfare by your technocrat overlords designed to keep you poor.
Buy now – pay later is another technocrat overlord trap.
Don’t go to the grocery store hungry.
HAVE A LIST; stick to the list.
Never let your kids put snacks in the shopping cart.
Limit screen time for yourself and your children.
Learn how the world works so the world can not work you over.

It is sad to think that our literate capacity did not last long, for today, we have become illiterate literate people.
