We are looking for people that will pray with us, to expect God to tell them things and pass that on to us.
Working in YWAM has been a Journey of trusting God as well as wanting to continue to develop technical Skills.
We seem to be doing the Technical Skills well, but we also need your partnership for the work that is opening up before us in Kona and the Philippines.
We continue to Grow our technical excellence. 2024 has been growing in using various AI for programming and development.
Not only do I use AI for what I am doing in YWAM, but this year, I have been using it to learn how to manage new hardware and software in New Zealand.

What we are doing in YWAM.
Websites: this is a big part of what we are doing.
Hosting websites. School ~ BAses ~ Staff.
We are developing websites.
We train people to manage their worries.
We want to help YWAM bases have websites to gather student applications for their schools.
To promote outreach opportunities.
Recruit Staff.
Technology can be daunting, so we offer the ability for Bases and Staff to get their websites up to speed before hosting costs increase.
We also collaborate with other ministries on campus.
- We work with the Science and Technology Department.
- Manage over 2,000 email addresses inside Google for the campus.
- Manage over 2,500 users in our communication software, Workplace.
- Manage the Digital Library for YWAM internationally.
Of our 20,000 plus staff I have so far got about 2,000 people signed up to access the library. Still a lot more to go, and a lot of younger staff don’t read books, but would rather listen to a book, which they can do in our Digital Library. - Then there is rescueing people when their computers misbehave.
